Mr. Wade practices in the areas of Personal Injury, 18 Wheeler Accidents, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Workers' Compensation and Consumer Bankruptcy. He is a member of the American Bar Association , American Association of Justice, Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, Magnolia Bar Foundation (Past President), Magnolia Bar Association (Past President), Mississippi State Bar Association, and the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference.
Mr. Wade has handled over 3500 Consumer Bankruptcy Cases and served as lead counsel in various personal injury and medical malpractice cases resulting in multi-million dollar settlements and/or verdicts at trial. Mr. Wade recently had one of the one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in Mississippi affirmed by the Supreme Court of Mississippi.
He has been a speaker at the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fair Housing Bankruptcy Seminar, Magnolia Bar Association Tort Law Update and Update on Bankruptcy Issues and Law Seminar. He has served as guest speaker at the Jackson State University Neighborhood Law School and the Clarion Ledger's Peoples Law School. Mr. Wade serves as volunteer with Junior Achievement, Jackson Tigers AAU Youth Basketball Team, and serves on the board of the Jackson Police Department Youth Athletic League. Mr. Wade and the firm contributes to community activities and annually donates a laptop computer to a Jackson Public School Student to encourage them to attend college.
He is admitted to practice in the Mississippi Supreme Court, Northern and Southern District Courts of Mississippi, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in Courts in Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Texas. He has been awarded a high rating in the Martindale-Hubbell guide to lawyer ratings.
